The KM-WV-20, 20mm chrome plated linear bearing shaft from Kiwi Motion is designed to deliver robust, precision linear motion with superior corrosion resistance.

Each KM-WV-20 linear bearing shaft is produced from CF53 steel and induction hardened to a surface hardness of at least 62 HRC, providing long wear life even under continuous cycling and heavy loading.

The chrome plated surface protects against corrosion caused by coolant spray, washdown, humidity, and outdoor exposure.

The 20mm chrome plated linear bearing shaft is precision ground to an h7 tolerance, with roundness controlled within 9 µm and straightness within 0.20 mm per metre. These precision tolerances ensure consistent, smooth, low-friction linear motion across extended service life.
