Manufactured from CF53 steel, the KM-WV-8 shaft is induction hardened to a minimum surface hardness of 62 HRC, providing exceptional wear life even under continuous cycling.
The addition of chrome plating enhances corrosion resistance, making this shaft suitable for harsh environments where traditional shafts would degrade rapidly.
Each shaft is precision ground to an h7 tolerance, with roundness held within 6 µm and straightness within 0.20 mm per metre, ensuring smooth, accurate linear motion with low friction.
