Returns and Refunds Policy

Kiwi Motion Ltd is dedicated to providing the best possible customer experience; however sometimes you need to return an order, for what ever reason, we are here to help make that process as easy as possible.

Below is information on our returns policy, however if you have questions please contact our team to discuss the best way to manage your return.

To return goods please:

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Include the packing list you received in the delivery (if you’ve lost this please print your order confirmation email and write the reason for returning).
  • Write on the packing list or email the reason for returning
  • Pack the goods in the original packing.

PLEASE NOTE: A lot of the orders we fulfil are bespoke, meaning they were manufactured based on your order. Because we cannot effectively reuse the materials, any products which are bespoke are not eligible for a refund or exchange, this includes cut to length ball screws, linear shaft and linear rail.

If you are returning an item to us for a refund or an exchange then the cost of returning the goods is your responsibility.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that offers ‘proof of delivery’ and insures you for the value of the goods. Once your goods have been received, the refund, minus a 20% restocking fee, will be processed. This will take roughly 5 working days. Please note, you will not be refunded for any initial shipping or carriage and packing fees.
