Each KM-WV-30 linear bearing shaft is made from CF53 steel and undergoes induction hardening to achieve a surface hardness of at least 62 HRC.
The hardened outer layer ensures excellent resistance to wear and deformation under heavy loading and frequent cycling.
A durable chrome plated finish provides outstanding protection against corrosion caused by humidity, coolant spray, and aggressive cleaning.
