The KM-WV-25, 25mm chrome plated linear bearing shaft from Kiwi Motion is designed for large-scale linear motion assemblies where high rigidity, corrosion resistance, and long-term durability are essential.
With a robust 25 mm diameter and a high-surface-hardness chrome plated finish, this shaft performs reliably in demanding industrial environments exposed to moisture, washdown, or outdoor conditions.
Each KM-WV-25 linear bearing shaft is manufactured from CF53 steel, induction hardened to achieve a surface hardness of at least 62 HRC.
The hardened outer layer provides excellent wear resistance for long service life, even in applications with frequent bearing travel or heavy loading.
The chrome plated finish protects the shaft against corrosion caused by humidity, coolant spray, or aggressive cleaning processes.
Precision ground to an h7 tolerance, with roundness controlled within 9 µm and straightness maintained within 0.15 mm per metre, this 25mm chrome plated linear bearing shaft delivers smooth, accurate linear motion with low friction.
