Manufactured from CF53 steel, each KM-WV-12 shaft is induction hardened to a minimum surface hardness of 62 HRC, ensuring excellent resistance to wear, scoring, and deformation.

The chrome plated surface provides additional protection against corrosion, making this shaft ideal for use in humid conditions, washdown environments, or areas exposed to coolant spray.

Each 12mm chrome plated linear bearing shaft is precision ground to an h7 tolerance, with roundness controlled within 8 µm and straightness maintained within 0.20 mm per metre.
