Inherently Rigid: Incorporating a patented re-circulating linear ball guide design, the LM-Z-L/R offers excellent rigidity and market leading dynamic load capacity of up to 99,200N.
High-Speed Operation: With speeds of up to 5m/s, the LM-Z-L/R is capable of delivering not only good load capacity, but also the highest speed of any actuator in its class.
High Moment Load Capacity: Incorporating the clever external rail and guide design, the LM-Z-L/R actuator is able to cope with applications with side loads.
High Dust Protection: A fully enclosed design means excellent protection from dirt and debris, allowing this actuator to perform in the most demanding of environments.
Low-Cost Easy Fit Motor Mounts: We offer easy fit, low-cost options for gearbox and motor interfaces, totally tailored to your specific requirements.
Simple Mounting: A specially designed anodized aluminium body allows for easy mounting. Using off the shelf end and side fixtures, these fit simply into the grooves of the extrusion.
Long Travel: The ability to suit any application is continued with the availability of stroke lengths of up to 7900mm. Even longer travel lengths are available on request.
Precision Accuracy: Line Tech belt drive systems are market leading in repeatability figures. The LM-Z actuator can deliver precision 0.2mm repeatability.
Innovative Lubrication System: Easy long-term lubrication and maintenance are achieved through a two-way system.
