FEATURES ENGINEERED FOR EXCEPTIONAL PERFORMANCE
All Stainless: With all stainless componentry, the NVS-RNS is suitable for high corrosion, high temperature and vacuum applications.
Anti-Cage Creep: No costly and damaging slippage within the linear system is ensured with the NV anti creep crossed roller ways.
STUDROLLER® System: Encompassing this innovative feature, cage-creep is avoided in vertical and high load applications.
Low Speed Stability: Precision linear motion is maintained even in super-low speed applications.
High Stiffness: With a large degree of contact between roller and raceway, ultra-high rigidity is achieved.
High Load Capacity: Line point contact between criss-cross roller and precision ground raceway ensures high load capacity, with dynamic load ratings of up to 382,000N.
Super Low Friction: The non-recirculating criss-cross roller design means almost frictionless linear motion is ensured.
Precision Accuracy: With accuracy levels of just 2micron/200mm stroke available, even the most demanding of applications will be achievable.
Micro Movement Capable: Even the shortest stroke applications, NB crossed roller guides still provide low, friction precision linear motion.
