The Limon EGR linear rail series is a compact, high-precision linear motion solution engineered for applications where space is limited but performance cannot be compromised. Designed with a lower profile than standard HGR rails, the EGR series offers a reduced rail and block height while maintaining excellent load capacity and motion accuracy. Manufactured using S55C carbon steel, imported from Korea, each EGR rail undergoes an advanced heat treatment process to achieve a surface hardness of HRC58–62 with a hardened layer depth of at least 0.8 mm. The result is a durable, wear-resistant rail that can maintain its shape and smooth operation under load and over time. Each rail is precisely machined and ground to ensure consistent travel, tight tolerances, and low-friction linear motion, even under repeated cycles.

Like all linear rails from Limon, the EGR series is built with interchangeability and flexibility in mind. Carriage blocks and rails within the same size range are dimensionally compatible, making replacements and system design changes straightforward. Despite its compact size, the EGR series retains a four-row ball bearing contact structure, ensuring balanced load ratings across radial, reverse radial, and lateral directions. This design allows the EGR rail to handle dynamic loads with stability, while still fitting into tighter assemblies where standard rail profiles might be too bulky.
