Introducing the LMES super type Self-Aligning Linear Bearings. This ultra-low friction, compact linear bearing is designed to offer smooth, high load capacity linear motion for a wide range of applications, from semi-conductor manufacturing to food processing to transportation.
The LMES super linear bushing is typical of our commitment to offering innovative, industry leading linear motion solutions to cater for the varied range of application requirements across the UK & Ireland, and beyond.
FEATURES ENGINEERED FOR EXCEPTIONAL PERFORMANCE
Enhanced Self-Aligning Capability: Kiwi Motion’s self aligning linear bearings offer flexible mounting options, where a level of misalignment will occur. The enhanced ball plate has a convex shape which allows self-alignment up to 0.5degrees.
Enhanced Load Ratings: Through greater contact between ball bearing and raceway, the LMES super linear bearing provides 3 times the load capacity than that of standard linear bearings.
Longer Travel Life: The LMES super linear bushing offers 27 times the travel life than that of a conventional linear bushing.
High Dust Protection: A double rubber lipped seal design means excellent protection from dirt and debris, allowing the bearing to perform in the most demanding of environments.
Low Maintenance: Requiring little to no relubrication and with minimal ball to raceway contact, a long lifetime is guaranteed.
Compact Design: A small footprint allows for compact machine designs.
Low Friction: The raceway surface is precision ground, meaning minimal ball to raceway contact, offering extremely low friction and low noise.
European Standard: Our LMES bearings are manufactured to the standard European metric sizing offering interchangeability and peace of mind.
