At the heart of Chieftek Precision Co., Ltd. (CPC) lies a dedicated group of experienced managers, skilled engineers, and expert technicians. This team is focused on research and development (R&D) and producing top-quality linear motion components, with a strong commitment to innovation—a characteristic evident in their ARC/HRC/ERC Ball Type Linear Guide Series.
Utilising an O-shaped arrangement of four rows of re-circulating steel balls at a 45º angle, these guides ensure enhanced load capacity and rail rigidity. CPC offers two seal designs: the standard seals (S), ideal for environments with high particle content, and the low-friction seals (B), suitable for most settings. Furthermore, their patented reinforcement plate design allows linear carriages to reach remarkable speeds up to 10m/s.
In its early days, Chieftek Precision made a name for itself in the miniature linear motion sector with its MR series linear guides. As the company grew, so did its product range. Now, CPC offers a variety of linear guides, highlighting their nature to continuously innovate and adapt to market needs.
Wanting to broaden their impact, CPC invested in R&D in the linear motor field, leading to the creation of the P series ironless linear motors and the compact C series iron-core linear motor.
Understanding that some customers might be used to traditional systems, CPC developed the CLS/CLMS series, making it easier for users to integrate components.
Realizing the importance of control systems, Chieftek Precision introduced the Will1 series servo drive, further showcasing their drive for innovation.
In 2021, CPC expanded its product line, introducing six-axis miniature robotic arms named DB0 and S0, as well as a software called cpcStudio. Their achievements were recognized when their cpcRobot won a gold medal at the 2021 LEAP Awards in the USA.
