The Process
Our linear shafts undergo induction hardening, a heat treatment process where the shaft is heated by induction and then quenched. This treatment enhances the shaft’s hardness and durability, setting it apart from standard steel rods.
The process increases the hardness and brittleness of the shafts, necessitating considerable expertise and experience in cutting and machining to ensure precision and quality.
We insist on the highest standards for our linear shafts, striving for consistency and excellence. This ensures optimal performance with minimal wear, low maintenance, and long life by maintaining high levels of straightness, surface hardening, diameter accuracy, surface finish, and material cleanliness.
