The H series features a circular-arc groove with 45-degree contact points, allowing it to compensate for mounting surface irregularities. This design enables the rolling elements to deform slightly and shift contact points, which helps absorb installation errors and maintain smooth linear motion. The result is high accuracy and reliable operation, even with simpler installation.
Thanks to tight dimensional control during manufacturing, all blocks and rails within the same H series can be used interchangeably without affecting performance. Each component stays within precise tolerances, making replacements or upgrades straightforward. A built-in retainer keeps the balls securely in place, even when the block is removed from the rail.
With a four-row ball bearing configuration, the H series delivers equal load capacity in all directions—radial, reverse radial, and lateral. The circular-arc groove creates a wide contact area between the balls and raceways, allowing for high load ratings and exceptional rigidity. This makes the H series ideal for demanding applications that require both strength and precision.
